Measurements come from satellite imagery, elevation models and phone GPS and are estimates. They are not a legal survey and must not be used instead of a licensed surveyor or the land registry for boundaries, sales, permits or disputes. Material quantities and quotes are planning estimates; check them before ordering or invoicing.
Landsight Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or when a free trial ends. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You own your measurements, photos and quotes. When you share an online quote you confirm you may share the information it contains.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its estimates.
